Shipping Information
Please order before 17:00 then your order will be in most cases the next day bijTNT Postal included in the route. Do you have specific wishes regarding the shipment, such as "BMA delivered to neighbors" or "only deliver on Wednesday or Thursday" there is the possibility to indicate this when ordering.
The status of your order please follow by logging on to our site. Also you receive the Track & Trace information by email once your order has been picked up by TNT Post.
In normal orders we charge shipping and urgent deliveries we charge shipping costs 15 euros koerrier.
Outside the Netherlands but within the EU: shipping 17.50 euros.
Used for any other destination you to contact us.
If you choose to receive your order by cash on delivery (you pay over to the postman) than the shipping costs 25,00 Euro.
Returns or Exchanges
Have you ordered anything wrong, regret the order, or any other reason you may under certain conditions return your order or exchange.
Returns are accepted if item is undamaged and unused and the original packaging and any seals also undamaged. Send the article including all accessories, sealed within 7 days of the original invoice / packing slip in a proper packaging.
Please fill in the back of the invoice / packing slip the reason for return and send the article to:
